The Atlantic County Clerk’s Office is now offering access to the INDEX of deeds, mortgages, and related land transaction documents from this internet location.
The image and index data base is updated daily with current information. The following access levels are now available to the public.

- View only the first page of a document
- There is no cost for this service
- Each page viewed contains a water mark NOT A TRUE COPY
- NO PDF View/print/download/Email images available
Account Access
- Account number and password required
- Search and view the full index
- View all pages of a document, no charge
- Each page viewed contains a water mark NOT A TRUE COPY
- View/print/download/email all images PDF view $.15 per page, NO WATER MARK
- Image copy charges are debited to your account daily
- Monthly statements will reflect all activity

Document images beginning with 3/2000 will be viewable and the number of viewable documents from prior years will increase as the Atlantic County Clerk’s Office progresses with its document imaging program. Click here to access PUBLIC RECORDS ON-LINE.
